Multi‑Pocket Filters (Cubes)

Multi‑pocket “cube” filters provide increased surface area and dust‑holding capacity over single‑pocket designs. Available in 2‑pocket and 4‑pocket configurations to suit airflow and service‑life targets.

Overview

  • High-loft polyester media with graduated layers (coarse → fine) for depth loading and long service life.
  • Heat-sealed construction around an internal galvanized wire frame; friction-fit, self-gasketing perimeter to reduce air bypass.
  • Available as 2‑ply, 3‑ply, and 4‑ply builds with optional tackifiers and antimicrobial treatment (where specified).
  • Media is non-allergenic and unaffected by moisture, humidity, and most corrosive chemicals.
  • Can be used as pre-filters or stand-alone where appropriate. Max continuous operating temperature: 120 °F.

Formats Included

  • Cubes: Multi‑pocket assemblies (e.g., 2‑pocket, 4‑pocket) using the same graduated‑density media families as panels/links.

Recommended Series by Use

  • General HVAC pre‑filtration with extended life: 635
  • Applications needing antimicrobial treated media: 66
  • High‑velocity or heavy dust loading: 625, 1010

Multi-Pocket Extended-Surface HVAC Cubes

Multi‑pocket cubes (2‑ and 3‑pocket) increase surface area and dust‑holding capacity while maintaining low pressure drop. Options include reverse‑flow variants that project upstream for specific housings and clearance requirements. Media is depth‑loading, moisture‑resistant, and can include antimicrobial treatment.

Key Features

  • 2‑pocket and 3‑pocket configurations for extended service life
  • Reverse‑flow options (with permanent metal retainer assemblies)
  • Self‑sealing edges reduce bypass
  • Moisture/mold resistance; no paperboard components
  • Available MERV ranges include 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 15 (by build)
