3-Ply Ring Panel & Link Filters

This 3-ply media combines layers of different densities, arranged from coarse to fine. The depth-loading design captures particles throughout the media thickness, unlike surface-loading pleated types that rely mostly on the surface.

The selvedge edge forms a self-gasket seal that eliminates unfiltered air bypass around or between filters. Moisture-resistant synthetic media prevents deterioration and mold growth, avoiding risks of filter collapse and microbial contamination in HVAC systems. Available in panels, links, and custom sizes.

Key Features

  • 3-ply depth-loading synthetic media
  • Ring panels, link configurations, and other formats available
  • Moisture and mold resistant
  • Galvanized internal wire support
  • Self-sealing selvedge edge
  • MERV 8 efficiency
  • Meets ANSI/UL-900 requirements

Construction & Applications

Standard cardboard filters are vulnerable to moisture, leading to frame weakness and potential blowout in HVAC units. The 3-ply selvedge edge design eliminates air and particulate bypass, preventing dust and contaminants from entering equipment or occupied spaces.
