Single‑Pocket Filters (Panels & Links)

Single‑pocket constructions include flat panels and linkable ring panels designed for quick change‑outs and low bypass with self‑gasketing edges. These are suited to a wide range of HVAC pre‑filtration and stand‑alone applications.

Overview

  • High-loft polyester media with graduated layers (coarse → fine) for depth loading and long service life.
  • Heat-sealed construction around an internal galvanized wire frame; friction-fit, self-gasketing perimeter to reduce air bypass.
  • Available as 2‑ply, 3‑ply, and 4‑ply builds with optional tackifiers and antimicrobial treatment (where specified).
  • Media is non-allergenic and unaffected by moisture, humidity, and most corrosive chemicals.
  • Can be used as pre-filters or stand-alone where appropriate. Max continuous operating temperature: 120 °F.

Single-Pocket Extended-Surface HVAC Cubes

Extended-surface cube filters with depth-loading synthetic media arranged from coarse to fine. The trapezoid-inspired geometry increases surface area to lower pressure drop and extend service life. Self-sealing edges help reduce bypass of unfiltered air. Media resists moisture and microbial growth.
